Gleam Technologies or Gtech you may have heard about this company located in Neyveli and head office in Mumbai. Also you may have received phone calls and email that let you know the details of home based data entry job.You reply or don't reply but they will call you to give you an explanation regarding the work, Same way we had an opportunity to work for this company and had an opportunity to know if the company is real or fake. Paying or Not. Something i would like to share about our bad or great moments with this online based data entry company.

Here is the fact, Please read all carefully,

first of all you need to understand why they are asking you for deposit to work with them on the project. they tell you that they will refund your security deposit after one year since the the work started but it never happened. if you google about this company to see it's review there is no any single positive feedback given in any website. I have gone through all the feedback about this company then dared to get the project only because of the curiosity of knowing the fact about Gleam Technologies. Neyveli and Mumbai

Why security deposit? know the truth behind it

It would be a good thing if i give you some examples about security deposit being received by online based data entry or BPO companies. the following calculation applies to all the online based data entry companies which receive your money to offer the job.

such companies have 100 or more tele-callers whose work is to get at least 6 or 3 clients a day.(note: you are the client). the tele-callers are being paid based on commission along with their fixed salary and if they don't get a client the company pays them only fixed salary that would be very less.

the daily task of each tele-caller is to making calls all over India to get clients, sending them email regarding work and supporting them with the process. the tele-callers have some other official name like EDO,BDO,Supporting Executive and more.

so, the staff should be able to get at least 6 or 3 clients a day, for our calculation lets take 3 clients per head for example. multiple all 100 staffs with 3 clients.If they ask you for Rs.2000 as security deposit then multiple it with 300.

100 tele-callers x 3 = 300 clients  so 300 clients x Rs.2,000 = 6,00000 (six lakh) now, 6 lakh rupees is just one day income for the company, multiple it with 30 days 30 days x 6,00,000 =  1,80,00000 (one crore and eighty lakhs ) monthly income for online based companies

beautiful isn't? the above calculations are just an example and indicates the truth. Absolutely this is the secret of a online based data entry company which asking u for security deposit. home based or online jobs are not paying you 100%.if you don't submit their work within deadline you lose all of your effort timing,money,patience etc,. 90% of workers are still failing to receive money due to tough task, very few people are getting paid but less amount..data entry company is not paying it's own money it pays client's money to client (call it a master mind)

Html Typing Job

As we know Gleam Technologies, Neyveli is one of the online based data entry work provider but paid service. they ask you to complete 250 pages in 18 days (HTML typing job). Please do not take this opportunity as a easy task because we have enough experience with such work.I'm not saying that the company is a fraud one but what matters is it is not easy to earn from this online based data entry company. lot of people have already tried with this company's project but all of them have failed to get payment. if you google about this company you can not see even a single positive review.

because of the task and timing. they will tell you that you can easily finish a page in 30 min or less and take your own time to complete it, but it is not true, a single page will take 50 min to 1.30 hour to complete (depends on typing speed) so, to complete 250 pages in just 18 days, you need to spend 13 hrs a day so that you will be able to complete 13 files a day which is very tough to do. (with quality).

If you upload the file successfully in 18 days they will pay you according to accuracy report but please note that most of the people have failed to get payment from this company. as the project is consuming your time very much. Any third party software is not allowed and if used they however can find it and terminate your project.without notification so,

If you plan to divide 250 pages with your friends surely the whole work will be messed up in quality and your total effort will be wasted.

When will you get your deposit money back?

You need to complete their work and upload it successfully for 12 months without fail only then your money will be refunded from Gleam Technologies (don't expect the same amount you paid there would be some deductions) but if you fail to work successfully for 12 months, better forget about your money. also in case you want to discontinue the work in a couple of months there will be no refund too.

Real or Fake?

Name of the company and location of the office is true but you have to spend the whole day on this project only then you will be able to complete all files but  the result might be bad luck because of your fast typing and type of the image file provided to you. Fast typing lead to bad quality. Slow typing lead to incomplete of the project. i think now you have got an idea on what to do with geam technologies.
